So the interview process has a few parts. First, they'll ask you about yourself. Then, they'll dive into your background in automobile engineering and discuss any projects you've worked on. They'll also go over your previous work experience and ask some basic HR questions. There's a written exam split into three sections: aptitude, reasoning, and mechanical. These are the main components of the interview.

Process Engineer
Had an initial telephonic conversation where they briefed me about the Job Description, then I had a telephonic interview with the client. After about a week, they scheduled a face-to-face interview at their Pune location, which I attended a couple of weeks later. It was a panel interview with two people, quite interactive and interesting. On the same day, I had two more schedules for salary negotiations and HR discussions. Received an offer inmail within a couple of days.

Accountant
I was contacted for an interview even though I'd cancelled my application. They had old personal info on me, showing bad data protection and retention. I had an in-person interview with a hiring manager who couldn't explain the role well and didn't listen to my answers. She said the job was created because she doesn't want to do the work, and mentioned other things the company avoids. I felt like I wasted my time interviewing for a job I didn't even apply for, they seemed like deadbeats.
