Clinical Reviewer
It started with a phone screening to go over my prior experience.

- How do you see yourself fitting into this specific role?
- Are you open to working additional hours when necessary?
Regulatory Affairs Consultant
I reached out to GForce to see about continuing my contract work with them for my next assignment. Once I said I was interested in a specific opportunity, they gave me the details about the project and what the job would entail. After confirming my qualifications and the contract details, they passed my interest along to the hiring manager and set up further talks and interviews. GForce has made it really smooth and easy to move from one contract to the next, and they always start looking for new gigs well ahead of time, so it's not a stressful gap between jobs. This was my fourth contract with them, and I've had extensions too. That's a big reason why I keep working with them and suggest them to other contractors.
- An initial interview with GForce personnel was conducted to assess my suitability for an upcoming contract, followed by an interview with the Client's hiring Manager.
- Responsibilities and project plans were discussed, along with the contract details for supporting the project team.
- Communication occurred between GForce personnel, the Client, and myself throughout the interview process, and any logistical concerns were addressed.
Recruiter
The interview process was pretty quick and easy. The people I interviewed with were extremely nice, and they were all young, newly graduated individuals. Overall, it was a good experience. I had about 4 calls or zoom interviews before receiving an offer.
- Are you a competitive person?
