I interviewed with the VP of Sales and the local manager. Then, I took a personality test to see if my personality was suitable for a sales role. A few days later, I was given a job offer.

It was a pretty quick process, faster than other places I've applied. First, I spoke with the department manager on the phone, and it was a pretty chill chat. We talked about my background and what I've done. Then, I had an in-person interview with the manager and the CFO. It was more in-depth, but still pretty casual overall. I didn't get an offer because my salary expectations were too high. But they seem to really care about building a good office vibe and celebrating company wins together.

I had 2 interviews, one with the CIO and one with the Department Manager on different dates. The CIO was pleasant and really looking for the right person for the job. He looked over my resume and asked specific questions. The interview with the Department Manager went into more detail and was more about my work history and technical skills.
