it was a great discussion. we talked about management skills and your overall experience throughout all those years. you shared your long-term vision and how you've gained a lot of learning through multiple industry exposure. we also discussed upcoming global tax developments.

You'll start by submitting your resume and cover letter. Then, we'll do an initial screening to see who's qualified. If you pass that, there's a phone interview to check your fit and interest. After that, you might have an assessment with tests or assignments to evaluate your skills. The next step is an in-person interview with hiring managers and team members. Depending on how that goes, there could be follow-up interviews for more evaluation. We'll also do reference checks with your previous employers or colleagues. If all goes well, we'll extend a job offer, followed by onboarding to get you started.

I had three phone calls with HR and Hiring Managers. Then three face-to-face/Zoom formal interviews. They made comments during the interviews that made me feel like I had the job, such as discussing details like pay and when I could start. They said I had the perfect experience they were looking for. I was even interviewed for another site because the hiring manager 'didn't want to lose me'. HR and the Hiring Manager would say they would call me on a certain day, and I have never heard back. I've followed up a couple of times, but all communication has stopped. If this is how they treat potential employees, I'd be nervous as to how they treat their actual employees. I understand situations change, but please keep candidates in the loop and don't waste their time by stringing them along. Trust me, you aren't the only company people are applying for. Very odd and disappointing experience.

I recently interviewed for a manager role at GFG and the whole experience was great. Everything went smoothly, and the people I met were really professional and helpful. I liked how thorough they were and how they kept me informed. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely suggest GFG to others looking for a job. 5 stars!
