It started with a nice, encouraging phone screening. Then, there was a longer phone interview with five people. A lot of the questions were unclear. I tried to get more details on some, but they didn't give any. They seemed like they had someone else in mind already, and I felt like I was just going through the motions for the final interview. I got a rejection email pretty quickly after, which kind of confirmed what I thought.

The interview was a long six hours. It gave me a chance to meet with other administrative staff, which was nice. But, a six-hour interview for pay that wasn't much better than Target? That was a bummer. I ended up declining the offer during the interview because the pay was too low. Also, they don't offer any educational opportunities for the first five years of employment.
