I had an online interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was very professional and polite, and the interview didn't feel stressful. The process included 1 preliminary interview, 2 study cases, 1 technical interview, and a proposal stage.

Behavioral Coding

The HR team contacted me on LinkedIn and we arranged a meeting. During this meeting, the recruiter asked standard HR questions, including my salary expectations. Following this, I was presented with a coding challenge. I completed the coding task and informed the recruiter, who then sent me a take-home assignment. This initial phase was completed in a single day and moved very quickly. However, the process slowed down significantly after I received the assignment. Initially, the deadline for the assignment wasn't specified. After I inquired, the recruiter mentioned a 3-4 day timeframe. Although the assignment wasn't overly difficult, they provided a tight deadline despite knowing I was currently employed elsewhere. I submitted the completed assignment within the given timeframe and notified the recruiter. Since then, there's been a prolonged silence; it's been three weeks since I submitted the assignment with no communication, email, or call from HR. It seems like Getir's recruitment process involves a lot of ghosting. I regret not checking reviews beforehand, as it turned out to be a waste of my time and one of the worst interview experiences I've had.

I applied via linkedIn and heard back from the recruiter. The recruiter was nice and explained the process. I had to do an assignment and was given a week. I submitted it, but the next day I was told it wasn't accepted. The feedback was weak and seemed like they didn't even review the assignment properly. They made vague comments about architecture and said some features were missing. If they'd actually looked at the documentation I sent explaining how to run it, they would've seen the 'missing' features. I should have listened to the other bad reviews and saved myself the time.
