Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GetInsured.
Customer Service Representative
I applied for the job through the flexjob app. After that, I got an email with an assessment to complete. Then, they sent me another email for a video interview. The questions were quite basic, focusing on my experience with remote customer service, and my strengths and weaknesses. It was a pleasant experience overall.
- What qualities do you believe are essential for excellent customer service skills?
Customer Service Representative
It was a good experience, with one video interview round where about 10-12 standard questions were asked. I was offered a basic salary to work remotely for the insurance process. The management was cooperative and professional throughout my time with the company. Management is really understanding and supportive. It worked out great for me. It's a good company to work for, with average pay but a good organization. I'd recommend it to people looking for remote customer service or insurance customer service roles.
- How do your problem-solving skills help?
Customer Service Representative
We had a Zoom call where about 10 questions were asked, and then I got a call with an offer. After that, I had to do a health and drug screening. My Spanish level was also tested.
