First, I had one-on-one calls with managers. Then, the next part was on-site, in person, which was cool to see the facilities and projects. There was also a part where I met and chatted with the team.

I had a pre-screening call before the interview was set up. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. It was a good conversation, started on time, and they shared helpful information about expectations and potential income. Everything was upfront.

I spoke with three people, the CEO, the Senior Software Engineer, and the CTO. It was a pretty relaxed and chill interview, not intense at all. I talked about my past work and the skills I have that would be good for this job. They then asked me about what the job requires and then asked me some personal and some field-related questions. I left feeling good, like I was treated with respect and not grilled, which is usually tough for me since I get anxious. Just so you know, there wasn't any background check, credit check, or drug test, and no skills tests were involved.

The whole thing took several days from start to finish, but it was totally worth it in the end. The steps were: submit an online application, then a phone interview, followed by an in person interview, after that a written personality assessment and background check, and then they offered me the job.
