Applied for the Recruiter job and was contacted by one of Gesa's recruiters for a teams interview. They didn't share any info about the role or company in the first call, which is unusual for a recruiter. Had a teams interview with some managers that seemed fine. A few days later, got another teams interview with the recruiting team and a manager. Afterward, was told I needed to do a background check and a skills test to proceed. Completed both but heard nothing back from the team. I emailed the recruiter to check in but got no reply. Honestly, glad they ghosted me because I wouldn't want to work for such an unprofessional company.

The interview process wasn't too difficult, mostly involving basic STAR questions and a review of my resume. I was interviewed by three individuals, two of whom were part of the department. They were quite prompt in scheduling the interview. However, they tend to ghost candidates afterwards, even though they seem eager to hire. There wasn't even a rejection email; they just stop responding after giving a timeline for feedback.
