Policy Manager
I had an initial HR interview. The recruiter was super friendly but seemed a bit disorganized and unprofessional. She was wearing a hoodie and chewing gum the whole time, even pushing it out of her mouth which was pretty gross and distracting. The interview itself was decent, but I wish it had been more structured. On the bright side, she did share the benefits package afterwards, and they are excellent. Still, the whole experience didn't really give me a good vibe about the company. Too many red flags for me.
- Could you provide an overview of your resume?
Permitting Specialist
I went through two interviews. First, I spoke with HR, which was a pretty relaxed conversation. Then, I had another interview with the Manager I would have been reporting to. Everything seemed to go well, and they mentioned they would let me know about the next steps. However, they never got back to me, and I haven't heard anything even after months and trying to contact them multiple times. I'm not sure what that reflects about the company, but just a heads-up that they might ghost you.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
Construction Project Manager
The interview process was pretty efficient. I initially connected with the HR team at a career fair and had a brief chat. After that, I was set up for an interview with the hiring manager. They got back to me pretty quickly after that. The whole thing wrapped up in under a month.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
Intern
First round with HR and second round with a manager. They asked basic behavioral questions about past experiences and situational questions like how you stay organized. People were super nice and genuinely passionate.
- How do you manage your organization?
