The interview process was great and very friendly. You need to be covid vaccinated, but it was a very good experience overall. They really try to get to know you and don’t ask any hard questions. It’s more of a good dialogue about what your goals are.

The interview experience was quite strange and the interviewers seemed unprepared. I talked to Richard Kronick and an associate. They seemed more focused on discussing themselves and the company than asking relevant questions. It felt like if I got the job, I'd just be a small, easily forgotten part of the team.
