It was a good and satisfying experience, and the treatment was always honest and respectful. The hours are a bit long and the call load is indeed exhausting because you are constantly attending to clients without breaks during your connection time; it's one after another.

Behavioral Technical

I want to express my dissatisfaction with how the selection process was handled. Initially, I had several interviews with the Talent Acquisition person, and everything started positively. Later, I had interviews with different leaders in the organization, including both directors, and completed several online tests. However, after these stages, weeks passed without clear information about the process's progress. The responses I received were vague; I was told everything was fine and I just needed to wait. This went on for two months, during which, despite my interest and constant follow-up, there was no concrete communication. Finally, after insisting several times, I was informed that the position would no longer be filled. I deeply regret the lack of consideration for candidates: we invest time, effort, and money in participating in long and uncertain processes, only to end up chasing answers from Human Resources. I didn't even receive a thank-you email or a message acknowledging the time I dedicated. I think it's important to point this out, as it reflects not only on the interview experience but also on the respect shown to individuals interested in joining your organization.

Technical Other

The interview process was long and tedious. They don't provide any information about your application status, and you have to keep asking for updates or they won't contact you. They said they are saturated. The tests are easy, and the pay isn't what they promised.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty easy interview process compared to tech roles. They asked me technical or case-based questions like about consuming rest services or how to solve a specific problem, and questions about my experience with a certain programming language, but I never had to code. The process had 1 recruiter interview where they did the typical psychology tests, and 1 interview with my future team. The job was Lead of Tools and Processes (Software Engineer), and the interviews were at the Santa Fe corporate office.
