The selection process was through an external agency. I had a couple of interviews with the agency; then a phone interview with the company's HR. After that, I went onsite for a second interview with HR and the direct manager. A third interview followed with the HR manager and the direct manager. The fourth interview was with the company owner, although it only lasted a few minutes. Except for the last one, all the conversations were very informal and friendly.

First contact was a phone call from HR. Then I had a chat with HR and the team lead, mostly to get to know each other and focused on my past experience. The final interview was in person and included the department head. Again, no major surprises, pretty standard questions about experiences and motivation.
