The interview process was easy and simple, with not many questions. It lasted less than 10 minutes. We just went over my resume and work experience. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and waited until the scheduled time. There was no receptionist.

It was straight to the point, friendly, and informative. The interview was conducted over the phone and lasted about thirty minutes. I was interviewed by two gentlemen who made me feel comfortable about accepting the position.

Got a phone call with general questions about relocation preference, minimum salary requirements, and visa needs. They asked for my availability for an interview, and I gave them a 3-day window the following week. They said they'd get back to me, but by the last day we discussed, I hadn't heard anything. I called them back to follow up, and the same person told me they had already moved on to the next stage. It felt really off – if they weren't interested, why call in the first place? Why not at least send a proper email rejecting my application? This experience makes me doubt their ability to take good care of their customers and employees.

The interview went by really fast with Mr. Bowman talking quickly the whole time. I barely got to explain my skills or answer their questions. I think he did that so I wouldn't ask too many questions. Mr. Stoker, the owner, was there too, maybe to intimidate me or make me feel important, but he was just on his phone the whole time. The big problem was the contract; they didn't mention upfront that the insurance they required was a commercial policy, which is too expensive for a recent graduate like me. I found out later this is unusual and a red flag. They target new grads to make them pay for this insurance because the car allowance they give doesn't cover it. They want to treat us like contractors, not employees, so they can easily cut our pay and hours.
