It was a pretty friendly interview. They asked about my resume experience and how I'd apply it. There were 3 to 4 interviewers at the same time. I had 2 rounds of interviews within a month. I got an offer by call, but after a month they changed their minds about the offer. Not serious at all.

Had to network on LinkedIn to get an interview. Received an email and then a phone call from the hiring manager and talked for 30-60 min. Then, we scheduled a 3 hour office visit where I met and talked to four other people. Finally, had three other teams meetings, one with the branch manager, one with the hiring manager's supervisor, and one with two more recently hired staff. The whole process was for them to get to know me and for me to learn more about the company rather than anything technical.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole interview was at the future workplace, taking up the entire day, about 8.5 to 9 hours. 10 people were involved, mostly in one-on-one sessions, with a couple of two-on-one interviews. I had to give a 20-minute presentation on a past project I chose, which was suggested by the company. About half the interviews were over the phone, and the rest were in person. After the presentation, I went to lunch with some newer employees. They asked more questions during lunch, and this information was used later to address any concerns I had about the company.
