Applied and got a response back from their Hiring Manager fairly quickly. However the person who reached out was plainly rude, and kept pestering by calling multiple times during office hours leaving voicemails in an unfriendly tone. It was clear that he did not the fact acknowledging it was mid week while those calls were made, and everyone has their priorities at their current role. Wouldn't recommend applying to them at all.

Applied in-person. There's no formal HR in the company. Division managers make hiring decisions after talking with the owner in Texas. It's pretty straightforward. They always check references, so make sure your info is up-to-date and people are available.

So the interview was onsite and they did the technical and HR round on the same day. Then after a few days, they let me know about the next round which was with the team lead. This next round was another HR round and a basic technical round. After that, they set up the final interview with the President. This last interview was about my past work and how it would benefit the organization. They are looking for people with e-commerce experience or the ability to work in e-commerce, and experience with web technologies.

I went for an interview and was hired. This is a silly part of the review and I don't really want to answer it. So here I am typing gibberish that isn't true.
