First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Georgia's Own Credit Union.
Project Manager
The interview process was super simple. I had two interviews and they were all basic PM situational questions that were easy peasy. One of the interviews was with an executive. I got the offer pretty quickly after the second interview.
- Can you share an example of when you had to deal with a difficult client?
Executive Assistant
The entire process took about two months. I had a good conversation with the CFO, which felt more like a chat than a formal interview. There were some long waits between interviews because of the holidays. Overall, I thought the process was alright.
- What motivates your interest in this role?
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your current position?
Information Security Analyst
The interview process involved 4 interviews and a personality test. It felt more like a chat than an interrogation. They were interested in how they could shape me, rather than if I already knew everything. It was a really good experience, showing they genuinely care about hiring the right people.
- The interview was more of a conversation, not really technical questions. It was more about personality.
- Can you tell me about your personality?
- How do you think you would fit into our team?
Bank Teller
The interview process is pretty basic, even though the management has changed. Simple preparation should be enough. Be professional and honest. Make sure you have a way to get to work. You will have to work Saturdays, and if your branch is in the perimeter, you'll work Saturdays at a location outside the perimeter.
- Where do you reside?
