So first I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, then after that, I had some panel interviews with management. Then I had a timed computer test and writing test.

It was a good and quick interview. The interviewer got straight to the point and asked 8 questions. They also read an overview of the job description. You should be able to answer problem solving questions about teamwork.

This was a really long interview process, taking around 3.5 to 4 months. I applied and then waited about two months to hear back. They did a phone interview, then an in-person one. About two weeks after that, I had a second interview. A week later, they asked for personal documents like my social security number, pay stub, and leave balances, which I found ridiculous since I didn't have an offer yet. I refused to provide them, and they said they couldn't consider me further.

Child Care Compliance Specialist
First, I had a quick phone interview. If I seemed to fit, I was asked to come to the Downtown office for a proper interview. Once I arrived at the Atlanta office, the training manager met me and took me to her office. They had asked me to bring my recent transcripts, a copy of my degree, and my last two pay stubs. I gave them all the documents they asked for and they told me about the job, the training, and the fieldwork.
