The interview process started with a group interview, followed by an individual face-to-face meeting. After that, there was a callback for a testing round. If you passed the basic math test, you got hired. The staff was friendly and inviting, not intimidating. They wanted to see if you really had customer service skills, which is what the job needs. They asked a bunch of what if questions. Overall, it was a great experience.
