The interview process was pretty informal and honestly a little strange. I did a skills test and then had a final round with the executive. I made it to the end and was offered the role, but the salary was incredibly low.

The interview process basically had two 30 minute phone calls with the person who would be my supervisor. It was pretty straightforward, if you have interviewed for a position in organizing before. After that it took a couple days for the person who would become my supervisor to get back to me with an offer.

Behavioral

After I sent in my resume and cover letter, I got a call for an interview. The interview itself felt pretty relaxed and laid-back. It was a bit awkward though because it took place in a public area, so lots of other employees could hear what we were talking about. The interviewer was nice and helpful, though.
