Behavioral Other

It was a really long process. A recruiter sent me over in mid-December. My first interview was in mid-January, and then it took about 2-3 weeks to get a second round. About a week after that, I had to do some personality tests. Then, another week later, I got the offer. I always showed up early for my interviews, but they still made me wait 10-20 minutes past the scheduled time both times. It wasn't great, but I really liked both interviewers and the job itself sounded amazing. I'm really happy in the role now.

Behavioral

The interview included a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager and another interviewer. It began with a rundown of the company, the role's place in the org chart, and expectations. The questions were mostly behavioral, posing hypothetical scenarios to gauge your response. The hiring manager was quite probing, asking follow-up questions to your answers. Overall, it was a good and comfortable experience in a friendly setting.
