The interview was pretty easy. They asked about my experience in call center jobs, both current and past. It wasn't difficult at all. It was the usual interview questions, and they wanted to know how my previous job knowledge would help me succeed here.

Did a video call with HR for the Charleston job, and after you get hired they have a full day orientation in Charleston. They pay for a really nice hotel. The orientation was more for receptionists than legal assistants or lawyers, but everyone was there. They don't mention they'll be taking pictures, so make sure you look good.
