the interview process was quite lengthy. I found the group interview format challenging because it limited my ability to go into detail with my answers. It felt unfair that everyone was asked different questions, and some individuals were given more difficult ones than others.

After I sent my resume, the company got back to me a week later via email. The interviewer seemed rushed and wasn't very engaged with what I had to say. They left as soon as the time was up. Overall, a poor experience.

Got a phone call at 4pm about a group assessment the next day. I told the person I couldn't make it because I was working. They said I could go to the next one and they'd call me the following week. I never got a call, so I rang the store and they said 'we haven't arranged anymore group assessments yet'. Then yesterday I got an email saying I was 'unsuccessful'. Even though they gave less than 24 hrs notice, if the lady had said I needed to attend the group assessment that day or I'd miss out, I could have swapped shifts and gone, but she said it was no problem. I've been offered a job at tesco now anyway, so balls to them. Bad customer service.

Got called back for a group interview, room full of people, different tables. We all got given tasks, for example building the highest tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti, and going around the store to give feedback on improvements. After the group interview, I got a call saying I'd been successful and invited to a formal 1:1 interview with the George Manager. Pretty standard interview, got a call a few days after offering me the job.
