Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GEODIS.
Project Manager
The interview process was very disorganized and lacked consistency. There were very few callbacks, and coordinating times for Zoom interviews was challenging. The interviews themselves were extremely difficult, and it was hard to get any feedback on how the process would work.
- Can you tell me about your greatest weakness?
Project Manager
It started with an email and a phone call to make sure our key points matched what they were looking for. Then I had an in-person meeting with the decision-makers and managers. The discussion was engaging and made me curious. No tricky questions or unnecessary pressure tests.
- What do you think is our main strength?
Project Manager
I applied on LinkedIn to an offer posted by a recruitment firm. Then, I had Teams interviews with the recruitment firm. After that, I had a Teams interview with the client (manager) and another Teams interview with the client (HR). The final interview was supposed to be on-site, but I didn't do it.
- What will you do when you arrive at the position?
- What are your salary expectations?
