The interview process started with a video call with the recruitment agency. Then, I had a face-to-face meeting with the Site Director and the HR Manager. After the interview, the HR Manager stopped responding to emails and didn't provide any explanation for why my application wasn't successful, even though she had said she would get back to me because the interview went very well.

Applied online and heard back in about a week to 10 days with an email to set up a phone chat with the recruiter. After that call, it took another 7 days to get to the in-person interview, which involved meeting with three different people: a Sr. Mgr, an HR Mgr, and the Area VP. They each asked me different questions. I followed up with the recruiter 2 days after the in-person interview and they said an offer would be coming. It was 7 days after the face-to-face interview that I got the written offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed for one position at one location, believing I was applying for another. They found me "over qualified". Was contacted by HR again the following week for another position which required a higher qualification. Interviewed by the local manager 20 plus minutes late, but the overall interview went well. Then received a call from a different HR person to do more follow up interviews. I spent another 2 hours with productive conversation. Final interview was with the new VP. I truly felt I would get a job offer within a week. Even received positive feedback directly from the VP.
