I applied for the job at a GEODIS location, and the interview process was pretty relaxed. It included a first virtual meeting and then a second in-person one where we actually walked through the warehouse during the interview.

A recruiter from OHL reached out to me. First, I had a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, a few days later, I interviewed with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes. About a week after that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview. The people there were nice and tried to accommodate me, but I had to reschedule because of their budget issues, which made sense. The office felt very business-focused and quiet, even though it was a Friday. I was told Mondays and Fridays are usually full of meetings, which I found a little strange.

I had a brief initial chat with HR, who was a bit blunt about the salary details, but it wasn't a major issue. After that, I interviewed virtually with the hiring manager, and it seemed to go well. She mentioned setting up a final panel interview with people I'd be working with and assured me they'd schedule it within a few days and wouldn't leave me hanging. I sent a thank you note, and she reiterated she'd be in touch soon. Unfortunately, a week passed with no word, so I reached out to both HR and the manager for an update. I never got a response, which was disappointing given the manager's earlier promise not to ghost me.
