First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Geocomp.
Rock Soil Tester
It was an in person interview. I met with several people from the company in a meeting. I got to ask questions and it was a pretty exciting vibe. I never heard back though. I think there was some kind of mix-up in HR. There were communication problems right from the start with email and phone numbers.
- Could you tell us a bit about yourself?
Geotechnical Engineer
I met with the COO, CEO, and a few other senior managers. It went smoothly and the questions were relevant and asked by friendly people. There were no trick questions. The interview was in 3 parts: one-on-one sessions followed by a group discussion.
- Can you discuss your previous technical experience?
Project Manager
I had two guys on Zoom, asked some really odd questions. It felt like a waste of time. Then they just stopped responding. Their ghosting says a lot about how they operate. I would avoid this company.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Sales
The interview process was very interesting. I enjoyed all parties that I met with during this time. Was very happy for the opportunity. Thank you very much to all involved.
