I applied online in December 2019, and got a call after 3 days. The interview was scheduled for January 2020 and was with US managers. It was a single round. They told me after 3 weeks that I wasn't selected. Two months later, they called back saying the appointed candidate wasn't joining and promised an offer letter, but then informed me they were considering other options. My advice: if you're not sure or not in sync with the US manager, don't promise an offer letter.

The interview process here was a mess. The product is weak and the management is laughable. I met with the team, and they seemed nice, but also aware the company was poor. The second interview was with the COO. She showed up 20 minutes late and spent 10 minutes talking to the receptionist before meeting me 30 minutes past our scheduled time. She then spent 20 minutes contradicting what the team had told me. She asked me to meet with the tech side to proceed, but I declined. Columbus has a good tech scene, but this company isn't part of it. Avoid this place.

There was an initial interview and then a second interview. It was a bit unusual because the first thing they asked was about salary expectations before explaining the job details. The role involves cold calling and travel. They kept emphasizing the potential for high commissions but didn't provide details on product pricing or typical sale amounts. It felt like they went through a lot of salespeople because the base salary was low ($30k-$40k), the sales cycle was long (6 months-1 year), and there was minimal training despite high expectations.

The first interview was with the President & CEO for a Project Coordinator role, but the role described was more of a Product Support Lead, involving team management, client coordination, training, and troubleshooting. It sounded great and like a good fit. The second interview, a few days later, was with the COO, an engineer, and an Offshore Accounts Manager. This was also casual, and the COO indicated they were interested in moving forward. We discussed benefits, salary, and start date. The pace picked up quickly. During the second interview, it was mentioned multiple times that they tend to hire recent graduates, which felt like a potential red flag for salary. They also mentioned low culture and morale recently, possibly due to hiring "wrong people." Salary ranges are low, but expectations are high. Despite the positive interview experiences, there are several reservations, making me unsure about proceeding.
