Behavioral Other

The interview process was extremely unprofessional. The first round wasn't through an official HR process, but just a direct Zoom link. The interviewer kept interrupting and was pushy, often cutting me off. They directly questioned my experience's authenticity and dismissed my explanations without letting me clarify. The language also unexpectedly switched mid-interview without warning, disrupting communication. It felt disrespectful and unstructured overall.

So the first interview was with HR. Then the second interview involved a presentation work and work background interview, where they give you about 2 weeks to create a pitching deck. The third interview was with the CEO about compensation.

Behavioral Technical

I reached out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn because HR didn't post the job. I sent a cold message hoping for an interview. The hiring manager responded and asked me to book a meeting on their calendar. I picked an available slot, but they ghosted me. They then made it seem like it was my fault, even though the day before was a holiday and they had availability. After waiting about 15 minutes, I emailed to withdraw. We rescheduled for the next week. I joined the Zoom call two minutes before the interview, but the hiring manager was in another meeting. After waiting 10-15 minutes, I checked my email and saw they were asking if I'd join. I sent a message calling them out for ghosting me twice and included a screenshot of me waiting. They then asked me to rejoin, and I was able to talk to them. I felt a bit inexperienced with paid media, but HR later contacted me for an in-person interview. I decided not to go because the whole thing felt demeaning, and I don't want to work for someone who doesn't respect my time. The job has been posted and taken down multiple times. I wish the best to whoever gets the role.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process involved three stages: a Zoom interview, a Technical Test, and a Panel Interview. Each interview lasted about 30-60 minutes and seemed to go well. What was really frustrating though was the lack of communication after the final round and unanswered follow-up emails. It felt like basic courtesy to at least get an update, win or lose. Also, during the technical interview, the interviewers spoke in a language I didn't understand even though they knew I couldn't speak it. They asked a lot of personality questions too, so be ready for that.
