I interviewed at the head office with the client and it was super easy. I didn't interview at the actual company. I met directly with the head of the department and a manager I would report to. They talked about expectations and asked about my interest level.

The whole interview process had three rounds. First, I interviewed with their E director. The second interview was with the Regional head. Finally, the last interview was with MD sir. All interviews were conducted virtually. They were very polite and asked some tricky questions, so just be yourself.

The interviews are quite interesting as they take almost a full day or sometimes 2 to complete. There are 3 to 4 rounds. The 1st round is with the recruiter for screening. If passed, the 2nd round is with the department manager. If passed, the 3rd round is with the branch head or national head for HQ. If passed, the 4th round is with the CMD himself. If you are passed, only then you will get your offer letter.

the company's interview process was pretty straightforward and didn't take too much of my time. They were good about letting me know about my application status, whether it was a yes or no, and gave me feedback on how I did and tips for future interviews.
