Sales Manager
The interview process was super clear and upfront, any questions I had were answered immediately. It felt like there was no hidden info, which made it easy to decide about a company move.
- Tell me about your production experience.
- What's your business knowledge like?
- How are your communication skills?
Loan Officer
I had an initial phone call with the Branch Manager, and then an in-person meeting. This company really stands out because they support their employees. Each branch operates differently, allowing for individual success as long as it’s effective. They offer strong marketing support and the compensation is amazing. The company focuses on providing more to staff by not spending money on middle management, which is unusual for corporate America. Everyone is willing to help you succeed, which is often hit or miss elsewhere. The best part was seeing people genuinely happy to be there, not rushing to leave. Turnover is historically low, and zero at that specific branch.

Branch Manager
I had a great conversation with Scott Crutcher in May. He made me feel like this was a company worth taking a chance on. After my share of bad experiences, he really made me feel this was the place to be. I'm very happy with how things have gone so far. It's the first time I've felt progress since the mortgage crisis. The support and training are unlike anything I've seen before. A big plus for me was hearing my efforts were appreciated. I plan to stay here until retirement.
- Scott wanted to know about my goals.
Mortgage Underwriter
The interview process was well thought out and designed to ensure I was qualified. They asked questions about various agency guidelines, including VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional. If you've been out of the industry, it's important to ensure your knowledge is still current.
- Can you tell me about the recent changes to agency guidelines?
- Do you have experience with VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional guidelines?
- How do you stay updated on guideline changes in the mortgage industry?
