It was a nice and friendly interview process. I appreciated the opportunity to interview and our conversation, learning more about the team and the role. I'm excited about the possibility of contributing to your organization.

I applied online and an internal recruiter reached out. They set up interviews for me individually, and I went through 3 rounds. The communication was pretty bad throughout the whole process. After I had 3 good interviews, they just went dark. I got no feedback, nobody responded to me, and then I got a generic email saying they were moving on with other candidates. It was really unprofessional and felt like they don't respect candidates, which probably means they don't respect their employees either. After 3 rounds, you deserve more than a form email after 2 weeks of silence. Honestly, after 2 weeks of no communication and no feedback, I wouldn't have accepted an offer anyway because that kind of bad business really shows what the company is like.

Behavioral Case

It was standard large organization nonsense. They started with a psychometric survey, which I refused. They called back the next day for an interview, which they said would be a phone call but switched to Zoom 5 minutes before. After an hour zoom call with two HR people, they mentioned a case study if they moved forward, which surprised me as I've been a director and never had that requirement. It felt like a corporate fad. Their treatment of candidates shows how they view employees: with cold calculation and no regard for the human aspect. I won't move forward even if they call back.

I applied directly through their website and was contacted by a talent specialist for the first HR interview call about 40 days later. Everything went well, and I was then scheduled for a second interview with the team leaders. Unfortunately, after that meeting, I haven't heard anything back for almost a month. It's disappointing that a company of GenesisCare's size doesn't provide feedback to candidates, even automated responses, when they are not selected to move forward. This silence suggests a lack of value for the candidates' time and preparation.
