Got a call from the nurse recruiter the day after applying. The interview was about 10 days later. They showed me around the place and I met everyone on the team. I talked with 3 staff members who were in the same office. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. I'd tell my friends about this place. Got a follow-up email 10 days after the interview.

Applied multiple times after submitting resume. Had a skills check, personality/customer service quiz. Then a background check. Phone interview was first. They needed professional references (using their form/questions) before they would schedule a face to face.

The interview process was pretty easy. Once I had an interview, I was pretty much guaranteed the position right then and there. The questions were easy to understand. They asked me why I wanted to work there and which unit I'd prefer to work on, along with asking if I prefer per diem or part-time. Everyone is flexible and friendly, and they really care about their staff.

We chatted about my resume and then talked about the job. We covered the need to learn fast and supervise people. They seemed interested but mentioned they had other people to interview this week. They said they'd let me know about a callback.
