Registered Nurse
First, I chatted with the director of nursing. It was pretty chill, mostly just talking. Then, I spoke with the administrator. They didn't ask much about my clinical experience. It wasn't too stressful, pretty laid back. No strange questions popped up.
- Are there any particular areas you're interested in specializing in?
Registered Nurse
It was unorganized but things moved fast. I got a call the same day as my interview offering me the position, which seemed a bit like a red flag, but I was ready for a change. HR, an administrator, and the DON were there for the interview.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Registered Nurse
They gave me a 50 question multiple choice test that had two dosage calculations in it. The interview was pretty standard. They asked me about 10 questions. I also had to fill out about 10 pages of paperwork. Then I took a drug test. After I met all the requirements, they offered me the job. You need 5 references and there's a 3 day orientation at the headquarters in Newtown Square, PA.
- What made you decide to go into nursing?
- What would you do if you observed a CNA operating a hoyer lift by themselves?
