My interview process with Janene was great. She was down to earth and efficient, and I'm excited to start and enjoy my time here. The enrollment was online, and she made onboarding super easy.

It was a very responsible and polite process. They explained everything clearly, gave me plenty of space to talk, and interacted with me. I went through 2 interviews, one with HR and another with the manager. I have nothing more to add, they were attentive, cordial, and responded quickly.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really straightforward and not at all intimidating. They'll interview you if they're looking to hire someone. They put a big emphasis on the education part. No prior experience is required, and the managers are very personable. It's more of a sales role than an actual training one.

This hiring process was quite lengthy, spanning a full month. I spoke with HR, an employee who was leaving the company, and even the CEO on multiple occasions. The atmosphere was very informal and relaxed, though some questions felt a bit intrusive. It was clear they were trying to get a deep understanding of who I was, as they asked both professional and personal questions. Despite the casual setting, I felt comfortable, and the interviewers seemed very assured in their positions.
