The interview was conducted over the phone and it was a pretty easy and simple process. The hiring manager seemed to have a lot of energy and was really welcoming, which helped me feel more comfortable during the entire interview.

The woman was very nice on the phone and asked me plenty of questions about how I heard about the company and what I knew about the position. She also mentioned that there may be a lack of hours.

I saw the job opening on Craig's List and sent my resume. About two weeks later, I got a call for a quick phone interview. This led to an in-person meeting at a coffee shop, where I had to bring another copy of my resume. After that, I waited about two weeks for the offer. The hiring manager emailed the paperwork, and I also had to get fingerprinted, get a TB test, and send a third copy of my resume. I was given a month to finish online training on my own time.
