The first step was an in-person interview at the Blue Bell office. I met with two senior employees. It was a very conversational interview where they wanted to learn about my favorite parts of projects, what roles I prefer, and where I see myself in the future.

Went through a phone interview and then a virtual call with a bunch of staff members. It was a pretty fast process overall. The interview felt pretty laid-back, they wanted to get a feel for my personality.

I got set up by a staffing agency and interviewed with the company pretty quickly, within a week. The interview was pretty tough, and since it was my first one, it took me a bit to get going, but by the end, I felt like things were flowing and it went well. They asked if I could start that Monday if it was a good fit, and I said yes. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard back from either the company or the agency. I emailed both but got no reply, so I'm guessing I didn't get the job. It would have been nice to hear back and get some feedback, but it was good practice overall, and I hope I can learn from this for future interviews.

It was an online interview. We started with greetings and self-introductions, then zoomed in on a resume review. This was followed by a portfolio presentation, questions about projects and software, design philosophy, and finally, a Q&A session.
