Had one zoom meeting with the hiring manager. We talked about my experience and I answered some questions. It was a pretty standard and easy process. They didn't seem super pressed to fill the role, and I wasn't asked to interview with the rest of the team.

This company's interview process was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. The first phone call, the interviewer was late and had the wrong resume. The second phone interview, the interviewer was rude, asking entry-level questions instead of director-level ones, and claimed I was making him late for a work trip. The third round was an onsite visit to their Chicago office where I met four people, but only two were prepared. I never met with HR. Despite great feedback and an internal referral, I never heard back after two months of interviewing. While I'm better off, I hope they improve for future candidates.

The hiring manager who conducted the interview had terrible communication and no respect for my time. They canceled the interview the first time. After the interview, it took them forever to respond to my emails, and they finally got back to me almost two months later just to say I didn't get the job, even after I tried emailing them several times.

I went through two phone interviews over a month for this role. It was pretty simple, but they ended up hiring someone from Chicago. Overall, it was a good interview process, and I'd apply there again.
