First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Generator Media + Analytics.
Communications
It was pretty straightforward. I spoke with a manager and then the CEO. It was a two-round process, and I received an offer after that.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Media Coordinator
I interviewed with 4 different people, which felt a bit time-consuming. However, the interviewers were nice and informative, thoroughly explaining the role and answering all my questions. They were slow to follow up, taking a whole month, which made me think they had forgotten about me.
- Could you tell us about your skills?
- What projects are you working on right now?
- What are your future work interests?
Intern
I went through two skype interviews, but unfortunately, I was rejected before the in-person interview stage. The skype interviews were pretty fair, and the employees were really nice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, even though I didn't get the job :(
- Were the questions difficult?
Search Marketing Specialist
It was a pretty standard process, mostly just basic questions about myself and my search marketing background. The people I met were really nice, so it wasn't a bad experience overall. There were more than 4 rounds, and I talked to people from different teams which was cool for learning about the company culture. A lot of them asked me the same questions though, so maybe they could work on that for future interviews.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What's your background in search marketing?
