The office manager and training manager conducted interviews where they asked very few relevant questions. It was all about personalities and how much you would aggrandize the opportunity to work for GE if they liked you. If you asked viable questions about the business model, they provided ambiguous answers and always inflated the opportunity. The majority of company policy discussion was evasive and ambiguous, with very little addressed in training.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a short and sweet interview. I had a question where I told a story using my family member's pet who had escaped from her cage. The questions were straightforward. I brought my imagination and perspective to the position which is important when you are conversing with business owners. Don't forget to emphasize your ability to listen, adapt and learn different approaches to communication.
