The interview process was short and sweet. I only had one interview, it lasted about 30 minutes, and I got the offer the very next day. The interview started with them giving me an overview of the job. Then they asked me some questions, and I finished by asking them a few questions.

The interview process was quite direct, and I received a job offer for the clinical assistant position relatively quickly. Although the manager had to postpone my interview a few times due to unexpected emergencies, my initial impression of the clinic remained positive overall.

I really enjoyed the interview process! It was fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly and the doctor came to speak to me personally as well. She described the position to me very well and I know what I would be expected to be when I am working. Moreover, I really admire the passion of the doctors and how much they care about the patients. I can tell that they are constantly improving on how the clinic is run. Moreover, they really want to clinical assistants to learn and are passionate about teaching.

I had an initial in-person interview in February. I met with three people: an HR person, a marketing person, and the doctor who runs the practice. The interview felt strange, almost like they weren't sure how to interview for this role. The marketing person even seemed to be asking me for advice on her job. After that interview, I never heard back, so I figured they went with other candidates. Then, months later in May, the same HR person emailed me asking for an initial in-person interview. It was clear they had forgotten about our previous meeting. I saw this as a big red flag and decided not to go to the second interview.
