I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, and then an onsite interview. The people were nice, but communication wasn't the best. I feel like there were some internal problems that affected the interview process.

The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, followed by an interview panel, and then the hiring manager once more. However, I must warn you that the recruiter I dealt with was dishonest, claiming the company was preparing an offer for me. I was verbally given an offer with its terms. After two weeks and four more emails assuring me the written offer was being prepared but delayed due to vacations, the recruiter finally admitted they had chosen someone else. I definitely dodged a bullet; I wouldn't want to work with dishonest people. Given this, I'd stay away from this company.

Behavioral Technical

This was a really drawn-out process. I had an interview scheduled every single day for two weeks straight. I made it all the way to the final round, but they ended up not selecting me. Honestly, they should just do one group Zoom video chat instead of a separate Zoom chat with each individual interviewer. It felt like a total waste of time.

Behavioral Technical

Went through 10 interviews with 7 different managers. They didn't ask a technical question until the 9th interview, which felt inefficient. By the 10th interview, they still seemed unsure about the next steps. Everyone was nice, but scheduling and completing the interviews while working or interviewing elsewhere was tough.
