I applied for this job a while ago and then got contacted by a recruiter. I had a quick and easy phone chat with their HR manager soon after. I didn't get an offer in the end because there wasn't any opportunity for advancement with my degree (B.S.) and the position only required a high school diploma.

The interview process was fair. I met with the HR Director first, then the Client Depositor Manager, and finally the other Coordinators that I would be working along-side. Everyone provided me with a detailed explanation of the organization and what my responsibilities would be. I was thrilled to be offered the position, and immediately accepted. I have now been working with the company for 1 week and I love how thorough the training has been. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to help if I don't understand something.

I sent in my resume online and got an email a few days later to set up a phone interview with HR. It was pretty chill and easy, mostly just asking about my personality. After that, they asked me to come in for an in-person chat with the Branch Manager. This one was more about my education, my past work, and how I'd handle different scenarios. Also super relaxed. Then they hit me up again to schedule another interview at the actual branch I'd be working at. This time it was with someone from upper management and the branch manager. It got a bit more detailed, with more questions about situations and my personality, but they still made me feel really comfortable.

Applied online. Got a phone call from a recruiter, then set up a call with the hiring manager for the next week. They sent some examples of work to review. After that, there was a panel interview with key stakeholders and the BI team, scheduled in two weeks. I got the offer a week after that last interview.
