They showed a lack of consideration for people. I went through the whole process, passed the practical test, and did the pre-employment medical exam. We've been waiting in anticipation for over 3 months. Then, this week, they simply sent an email saying they wouldn't be continuing with the hiring, even though they hired several former employees who had previously left PVD. This is inconsiderate, especially after hyping up hiring over 200 positions on TV. We go there, dedicate ourselves, do everything right, only to find out they hired ex-employees who chose to leave the company. They even call GM a parent company. Terrible experience.

There were 2 separate interviews on the same day. Each interview was conducted with 2 people asking questions at a time. They use the STAR format with the addition on what you learned and how you applied it going forward. Be prepared to give examples using specific situations. They were more interested in what you learned from the situations. Also ask them questions about the environment which you will work, their experience, future growth and any thing else to aide in your decision making process. Behavioral

It was a full behavioral interview, with what-if scenarios. The interview was with a two-person panel who had experience in the role before. They were good at coaching me through the questions, and providing more info for hard questions.
