The first phone screening and team meetings went well and felt positive. For the in-person interview, I was asked to arrive early, but the interview started 15 minutes late, and I was left waiting alone. There was very little effort to build rapport, and they pretty much went straight into technical and behavioral questions. Feedback was given bluntly. Overall, it felt unprofessional.

Applied online, then was asked to do an online interview without human interaction. This involved reading a prompt and developing a response within 30 seconds, with 3 minutes to reply. You get 2 attempts to reply and can choose which one to submit. This was repeated several times. Then there was a personal interview online with the employer, with 4 questions per employer. Finally, received an offer letter. The application being applicable for multiple locations caused issues since I didn't plan to move. Step 2 is automated, and exceeding the time limit ends the response immediately, requiring promptness. It's provided by a third party. Due to step 1, multiple employers requested an interview, so one interview was conducted with all employers simultaneously. Most questions could be answered with the same reply. Step 4 took over 2 months and had no room for negotiation.
