It wasn't a good experience. They scheduled me three times but never proceeded with the interview because the interviewer was unavailable. After about three weeks, I got an email saying they were moving forward with another candidate. It turns out that candidate had already finished the selection process before my first interview was even scheduled.

Behavioral Technical

Basically for my type of job (salaried, white collar), GM did phone screenings first. They asked about how my experience/education fits the role, and also the typical questions like salary expectations. If you passed that, you'd likely have about an hour-long interview with the hiring manager and your direct supervisor(s), usually 2-3 people. After a couple of easy ones like 'tell me about yourself,' it was pretty much all behavioral/situational questions.
