It was a 3 round process, and all of the interviews were behavioral and within the same department you would be working in. It was very straightforward, no surprises, and they were completely transparent about the entire process. You didn't need to do heavy preparation and the questions were very intentional, focusing on your "why" with the company and further understanding your ability to take on the role.

It was a super smooth process! Started with a 30-minute phone screening. Then, there was a 45-minute case interview and a 45-minute behavioral interview. They mostly asked leadership-based questions and a few shorter case questions. I had 2 hours to prep the case and had to present it in a slide deck that General Mills provided.

The interview process started with a resume shortlist, followed by a group discussion with 6 students per group. After that, there was a technical round. It was an on-campus interview in Nashik. They only selected one candidate, so expect multiple interviews and prepare for aptitude and technical tests. Focus on your growth rather than just the package or location, as these can vary.

It was a long process with 3 rounds before the in-person meeting. It would have been best to meet the recruiter at job fair events. The final round was held at their office in Mississauga and was 4 hours long. I met with 4 different interviewers, each for 30-40 minutes. They asked typical questions like 'tell me about yourself', 'how did you deal with...', 'working in teams', 'challenges', and 'experiences'. It's best to be prepared with the STAR method. The final interview that day was case-based, where they pretended to be a large client and asked me how to deal with a situation.
