they send a date for the interview process through whatsapp, and provide an opportunity to perform the interview online and face to face. the interview is mostly consisted of technical questions intermingled with some theory.

I interviewed at GMS (GMS 'East') back in June of 2017. The hiring manager, who was a really great guy and high up in the company, made it sound like I was practically hired already, just needing to meet the owner. Turns out the owner is a total narcissist. Right before I met him, they told me I had to do this dumb 'pop quiz' he designed. I don't do those anymore, they're useless. I guess it was about dumb stuff like 'manhole covers' or asking 'If you were a color which one would you be, and why?'. I'd also seen some bad reviews about the owner, so I actually called and backed out. But they called me back the next day and said the pop quiz was off if I was still interested. I went back, even though my gut said no, and it was a total waste of time. The owner spent 30 minutes tearing me down, acting like a therapist, and just being awful. Apparently, me not taking his quiz really ticked him off. He even interrupted me to yell '[Extremely vulgar word] Mike...I own the company and he doesn't!'. Real classy. So yeah, I don't recommend GMS. Run!

So when you get here, you check in with the receptionist and get a visitor badge. Then someone from HR greets you and takes you to a conference room and gives you a test. After you finish that, the hiring manager talks with you for the interview. When it's all done, you give your badge back to the receptionist and head out, waiting to hear back.

The hiring process went by pretty fast and wasn't hard at all. They asked me questions, and I spoke with a few different people. They didn't seem to care much about the interview, but it was fine.
