Started with an online application, submitting CV and motivation letter. Then, there was an initial introductory meeting with HR via Teams. After that, a second round interview took place with the Business Manager (the person you'd be working directly with) also via Teams. Finally, there was a concluding interview with the Strategy Director, again via Teams. If you passed all these rounds, there was one last conversation with HR regarding the contract.

First, there was a recruiter call that was very polite and interesting. The recruiters listened well and showed increasing interest. Then, an onsite visit where the processes were shown, and I could meet colleagues and see the office. Openness and communication were present. Finally, before the onsite, it was said that it fit. Two days later, at the last moment, the rejection came, stating they are looking for a more qualified candidate. Honesty needs a bit of work without trying to belittle the company.

First, there was a pleasant remote initial chat. They were interested in my university background and how much I value accessibility and usability. If you've studied these topics, it's basically like a basic UX exam. Then, I had an in-person meeting where they asked for my thoughts on the UX of two internal systems, how I would enhance them, and if there were any problems. Overall, it was a good experience. All the recruiters were nice and helpful.

It started with a video interview where I had to answer 5-7 questions in a short video. After about 5-10 days, I was invited for a nice conversation. Even though there was Corona, it was in person. They explained all aspects of the job, and we had a very open exchange on a personal level.
