SVP-Technology
It was short. First, an HR phone screen covered the basics and company culture. Then, an on-site interview with a peer and the hiring manager lasted about an hour.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience in this specific role?
Relationship Consultant
It was pretty simple and straightforward. Started with a phone screen, then went in person. Very laid back and relaxed, in my opinion. Was supposed to interview with another manager but that didn't happen. So, two interviews in total.
- Describe a past situation where good customer service was crucial in overcoming an initial problem.
Social Media Marketing Specialist
The interview process I went through was really quick and straightforward. It started with a phone call where we went over what the job entailed and I could ask any questions I had about the position or the company. After that, I had one in-person interview with the two people who would be my managers. I got the final decision within a week of that interview and then had a couple of calls to talk about salary. All in all, the interview process was very clear and ran smoothly.
